Ripley Company Introduces New All-in-One Compression Assembly Tool for 59/6, 7, 11F, BNC, IEC, RCA and Mini Connectors

Cromwell, CT – Ripley Company’s Cablematic division is pleased to introduce the latest in their Compression Assembly Tool line, the CAT-AIO.

The CAT-AIO assembles series 59/6, 7 and 11F, BNC, RCA, IEC and Mini drop connectors from most connector manufacturers, including Arris/Telewire, Corning Cabelcon, Corning Gilbert, PCT, PPC and Thomas & Betts.

The new CAT-AIO has a unique new design feature. The tool is available with up to twelve Interchangeable Plunger Tips (IPT), each compressing a distinct set of connectors. The IPT can easily be changed to another IPT to assemble a different series of connectors.

The CAT-AIO is shipped standard from the factory with two IPTs to assemble the universal series of 59/6, 7 and 11 connectors as well as the 59/6 PPC-EX and PCT-TRS connectors. One IPT is installed in the tool; the second IPT can be conveniently stored within the tool’s body. The ten additional IPTs are available for RCA, BNC IEC and other F connector applications.

The CAT-AIO is shipped in a plastic case, which includes the CAT-AIO, space for additional IPTs, and a SDT596-250 coax drop trimmer for ¼” x ¼” cable preparation.
