Many of the tools merged into primarily the Miller brand offer the customer a broader line from which to choose. This consolidation of brands will help the customer find the appropriate tool more quickly and easily in our improved scale of offerings. The combined brand will also allow for improved operational efficiency in areas such as procurement, marketing, information technology and supply chain management. This is a brand change only, and throughout 2009, the brand transition will be completed, affecting both the tools and all supporting materials. For ordering purposes all part numbers and descriptions will also remain unchanged.
